Toole Agency recognized by insurance association
The designation recognizes the agency for being one of the best at providing knowledge, service and value.
The Five Star Agency designation was awarded after the Toole Agency underwent a review of its operations, procedures, processes, culture and customer focus. A team of outside evaluators comprised of MAIA staff and independent auditors conducted the review.

According to MAIA, the award is given only to those agencies that demonstrate excellence in five key areas: customer focus, management, human resources, products and services and processes.
The Toole Agency is one of only 15 agencies in Massachusetts to have achieved the Five Star designation. The agency qualified in all five areas on its first attempt.
The award is the culmination of efforts that began in 1998 when the agency began researching and applying to their business the concept of Total Quality Management, something manufacturers have for years used to become better providers of products to their customers. In 1999 every agency employee participated in a college-level course on the concept that was taught in-house by an outside educator.
The Toole Agency was founded in 1939 and has offices in Lee, Great Barrington and Lenox.
It provides insurance products and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations in Massachusetts and the Northeast region.
